    Commanders released OT Bobby Hart.

The team also released (they refused to designate between waived and released in their announcement): RB Kazmeir Allen, LB Kam Arnold, DT Ricky Barber, WR Ja’Corey Brooks, TE Lawrence Cager, WR River Cracraft, DT Carl Davis, DT Sheldon Day, C Michael Deiter, RB Demetric Felton, DE Clelin Ferrell, CB Antonio Hamilton Sr., QB Sam Hartman, DE Andre Jones Jr., WR Jacoby Jones, DE Jalyn Holmes, DE T.J. Packers declared OG Aaron Banks, OL Jacon Monk, DL Anthony Campbell, and RG Kevin Zeitler inactive for Week 4 against the Bucs.

Banks missed Week 1 with the knee issue. He suited up in Week 2 but aggravated the injury and has been out ever since. He is also dealing with a toe injury, per the injury report.

Jets declared WR Adonai Mitchell, RB Breece Hall, CB Nahshon Wright, LB Kiko Mauigoa, DE Kingsley Enagbare, OL Dylan Parham, and TE Mason Taylor inactive for Week 4 against the Bears.

Mitchell will miss another game with his finger injury and Hall will be sidelined with a quad injury he sustained last week against the Lions. Garrett Wilson, with Mitchell out, should continue dominating air yards and targets in the balanced Jets offense. Braelon Allen will take over as New York’s lead back for now and should be in all fantasy lineups against a suspect Chicago run defense. Kenyon Sadiq has some streaming appeal with Mitchell out.

Jaguars declared CB Montaric Brown, WR CJ Williams, CB Christian Braswell, S Jalen Huskey, LB Jack Kiser, OL Daniel Faalele, and DE Wesley Williams inactive for Week 4 against the Bengals.

Brown and Braswell entered the weekend questionable with hamstring and knee injuries, respectively. Both were limited practice participants this week but will not play against the Bengals.

Eagles RT Lane Johnson (personal) is out for Week 4 against the Rams.

The Eagles, of course, have a lengthy checkered history whenever Johnson is sidelined. 6-foot-9 rookie Markel Bell will take Johnson’s place vs. a Rams team that will be missing Aaron Donald in addition to an IRed Myles Garrett.

Tyjae Spears (ankle) is active for Week 4 against the Ravens.

Spears is good to go for Sunday’s game against the Ravens after entering the weekend listed as questionable. He has totaled 99 scoreless yards from scrimmage this season on 17 touches, and has caught four passes on the year. Spears shouldn’t be considered as anything more than a fringe RB3/RB4 against a stout Ravens defense.

Eagles declared WR DeVonta Smith, WR Hollywood Brown, TE Dallas Goedert, LB Zack Baun, QB Cole Payton S Marcus Epps, OT Lane Johnson and OT Fred Johnson inactive for Week 4 against the Rams.

The question with Smith now becomes if he’s ready to return for Week 5 against the Jaguars. NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo has reported it is unlikely. It’s a brutal, brutal development for fantasy managers who thought they were getting a breakout WR1 after Smith’s years of WR2 grinding. Dontayvion Wicks and first-round rookie Makai Lemon will try to pick up the targets slack, though veteran TE Zach Ertz will undoubtedly do some of the dirty work.

Jaylin Lane was carted off the field with a leg injury in Week 4 against the Colts.

Lane’s left knee was badly twisted under his body as he was being taken down on a kick return. He was carted off the field and several Commanders players came up the cart to console him. The team hasn’t made it official yet, but he will not return today.
