Jameson Williams caught 6-of-8 targets for 74 yards in the Lions’ Week 18 win over the Bears.
As has been the case in most weeks this season, Jamo finished second on the team in targets behind Amon-Ra St. Brown, highlighting his status as one of the highest upside WR2s in fantasy circles. He ends 2025 with 1,117 yards on 65 receptions, both of which are career highs, matching the seven touchdowns he scored a season ago. His role in the offense really took off after head coach Dan Campbell started calling offensive plays, making it a situation to monitor this offseason should the team make any changes to their coaching staff. Williams remains under contract through the 2029 season after signing a three-year extension in September of 2025.

ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reports Romeo Doubs “will sign elsewhere when free agency opens.”
This isn’t much of a surprise as all signs have pointed toward a new home for Doubs in the early offseason. Now that appears to be a done deal. Green Bay will move forward with a starting receiver rotation of Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, and Matthew Golden. Doubs will have plenty of suitors on the open market. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler recently linked him to the Patriots, Commanders, Titans, and 49ers. Doubs won’t earn a No. 1 role on his new team, but he could see an uptick in targets if he lands in the right spot.
TE Smith can regain fantasy value with right team
No longer part of an "ugly" fantasy situation with the Steelers, Denny Carter lays out why tight end Jonnu Smith could regain his fantasy "viability" with the right offense in 2026.
  • LV Cornerback #22
Raiders re-signed CB Eric Stokes to a three-year, $30 million contract.
  • NE Defensive End #41
DL Dre’Mont Jones, formerly of the Ravens, agreed to terms on a three-year, $39 million contract with the Patriots.
Jones was traded from the Titans to the Ravens midseason and will provide the Patriots with another skilled front seven player. The versatile 29-year-old finished the season with a 64.7 PFF defensive grade, his highest since his Denver days. Jones isn’t exactly a dominant pass-rusher, but he can penetrate well both from the interior and the edge and should help the Pats grow their pass rush profile in 2026.
  • ATL Wide Receiver #14
Falcons agreed to terms with WR Olamide Zaccheaus, formerly of the Bears.
It’s far from a splashy free agent signing, but the Falcons have work to do to shore up a receiver room that is glaringly thin behind Drake London. Zaccheaus caught 39 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns in his lone season with the Bears while playing on 580 snaps — his most since 2022. Zaccheaus’ ability to play both out wide and in the slot will give some versatility to the Falcons’ offense, but we would expect more receivers to join the mix in the coming days.
  • FA Wide Receiver #14
ESPN’s Pat McAfee reports Colts re-signed Alec Pierce to a four-year, $116 million contract.
The window was open for seconds before the deal was announced. This means that Michael Pittman Jr.'s spot on the Colts roster is tenuous as Pierce’s cap figure should be enormous. Pierce said on the Pat McAfee Show that “he knew where his heart was.” Pierce figures to see his role increase in 2026 based on this contract, but with Daniel Jones’ health in some question for Week 1, his fantasy stock is somewhere closer to the WR2/WR3 area as things sit today. Dianna Russini of The Athletic reported that Pierce turned down more money elsewhere to stay in Indianapolis.
  • SF OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #71
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports the 49ers are “now said” to be open to trading LT Trent Williams.
“A resolution has not been easy and Williams is frustrated with the process. He’s due $32M in salary with a $38M+ cap number,” writes Rapoport. The 49ers are actually in fine cap shape at the moment and will clear a little more with a Brandon Aiyuk release. So they could absolutely carry Williams as is. But if they do receive an offer they can’t refuse, trading Williams would free up about $5 million in cap space for them. Entering his age-38 season, Williams remains one of the best tackles in the NFL.
  • FA Quarterback #1
NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports the Falcons are making a “strong early push” to sign Tua Tagovailoa.
Once you get past the fact that the ideal spot for Tagovailoa was the 2023 Dolphins, this isn’t a bad fit. Kevin Stefanski has made a habit of getting more out of less at quarterback and the Falcons need someone to bridge the gap to Michael Penix being healthy after his ACL tear. The fact that Tagovailoa will play on the league minimum with offsets is also a great help with the Falcons since they are struggling with cap space after their disastrous Kirk Cousins contract.
  • KC Tight End #87
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Travis Kelce is expected to return to the Chiefs.
This only came into question last night based on Kelce talking to numerous teams per the reporting of Dianna Russini. But there was never really a doubt that Kelce would leave being a lifelong Chief behind while entering his age-37 season — there’s not an objectively better ring-chasing slot even if he’d wanted to leave. We’re sure that Kelce’s latest contract will be filed with the Chiefs in the near future.
  • FA Wide Receiver #13
NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports teams believe Mike Evans is “serious about leaving Tampa Bay after 12 seasons.”
Less than an hour away from being able to test free agency for the first time in his career, Evans, who will be 33 at the start of next season, could officially be on the move. The veteran receiver is coming off the worst season of his career (30-368-3), which saw him miss nine games due to a collarbone injury. Evans will likely be looking to join a team that he believes can contend for a Super Bowl title over his final few years in the league, and should have multiple high-end suitors once the legal tampering period begins. While a return to the Buccaneers remains on the table, it wouldn’t be surprising if they opted to lean into their younger receivers, along with Chris Godwin, next season.
  • SEA Running Back #9
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports “it appears increasingly likely that Kenneth Walker is headed somewhere else.”
Pelissero says that Walker “still is in touch with the Seahawks” about a return, but highlights the Chiefs as the team that could swoop in and land the Super Bowl MVP. Walker rushed for 221-1027-5 last regular season and ran for another 65-313-4 in the postseason while helping the Seahawks win their second title in franchise history. Walker has been linked to multiple teams ahead leading up to his free agency, although it was reported that the Giants have already been “priced out” of his market.
