Henderson is practicing fully this week, so his availability for the Patriots’ AFC Championship Game against the Broncos’ top-tier defense is not in jeopardy. He will continue sharing the backfield workload with veteran RB Rhamondre Stevenson, who is playing very well at the moment.

Goodson was slated to be a restricted free agent, but the Colts balked. He’s a decent third-down back, but behind Bijan Robinson he figures to offer little fantasy value in his age-26 season. At least his last name isn’t also “Robinson,” unlike some backups in this backfield.

Mostly a special teamer, Malone played 327 defensive snaps during his four-year rookie contract with the Falcons — 216 of them came in his rookie season. He’ll compete for a roster spot if he lands in Tampa Bay.

The NFLRA opened the session with a counterproposal and the NFL rejected it and unilaterally left the bargaining table despite talks that were supposed to last for two days. Combine this with the NFL Competition Committee sneaking a proposal on that lets New York unilaterally correct officials in the event of a labor stoppage — including throwing flags on to the field from New York — and you can see that the groundwork for a lockout is clearly being established. The league is reportedly hoping to move annual bonus money toward “high-performing officials” and increase the probationary period for new officials from three years to four. The current labor agreement expires in May. There is, of course, still time for both sides to come back to the table. But the current tenor of negotiations is not looking promising.

Parsons suffered a mid-December ACL tear, so this is a reasonable timeline to return. We’d be surprised if Parsons avoided the PUP list at the start of training camp, but it seems like he won’t miss too much of the 2026 season. It’s possible that the Packers add a depth piece after the draft to play next to Lukas Van Ness early in the year.

The other 40 percent here, of course, ends with Hall playing on the franchise tag. Hall is entering his age-25 season so a reasonable running back contract feels like it has a good chance of not being a millstone for the Jets, the question appears to just boil down to how valuable Hall will be over those years for a New York team that doesn’t appear close to playoff-worthy. Given how far away the Jets and Hall appeared to be at the franchise tag deadline, we wouldn’t be surprised if he played on the tag this year.

Lewis has a deep dive of the Greenard market in his latest, the gist of which is basically centered around Greenard’s contract demands being a major impediment to a trade. The Eagles have been the main team linked to Greenard, but the Colts are also a reasonable fit given how they were reportedly the runner-up on Trey Hendrickson this offseason. Of course, the Colts also don’t have a first-round pick again until 2028, so trading real value for Greenard might be off the table for them. Lewis believes anything less than a Day 2 pick would be a “non-starter” for the Vikings.

Yates reports, “Garrett’s contract previously called for his option bonuses in 2026, 2027 and 2028 to be exercised by the 15th day of the league year.” Now, his contract has been amended to push that day back to seven days before the start of the regular season each year. Garrett also had $8 million of his 2029 and 2030 base salary converted to roster bonuses. Yates adds that “the payment of the option bonuses was also modified in a way that has benefit to Garrett.” So, the Browns gain flexibility while Garrett gets a boost. Most notably, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year’s contract is easier to trade; Cleveland takes less dead cap in the event of a trade while getting an extra five months in the offseason before paying bonuses for the next three seasons. The change in Garrett’s contract language certainly makes things interesting for the Browns’ future.

The Raiders are prioritizing building out a young and stable offense ahead of the likely selection of QB Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft. The team signed Jalen Nailor out of free agency, but still has a thin wide receiver group. Concepcion caught 61 passes for 919 yards and nine touchdowns in his final college season, gaining steam as a late-first or early-second round pick. The 21-year-old is only one in a long line of receivers the Raiders will talk to prior to the draft, though Las Vegas holds pick No. 36 and would be in prime position to draft Concepcion.

Witherspoon missed a lot of last season with a shoulder injury and wound up playing just 186 snaps for the Rams in 2024. Entering his age-32 season, he’d probably only be fighting for a roster spot if the Commanders decided to sign him.

A vacuum in need is a vacuum indeed, and with Kenneth Walker gone, Emanuel Wilson is likely the No. 1 back on the depth chart at this point in the offseason. Harris missed most of last season with a torn Achilles after a 15/61 rushing line in a few weeks with the Chargers. He’s somehow still only 28. It is a fit that makes sense from the outside if the Seahawks are comfortable with Harris’ medicals. Ian Rapoport reports that Harris plans to visit the Raiders in the near future.
