Forsman’s best result in the current season was a T-56 at the AT&T Classic.

Forsman was in the field of the Canadian Open for about two hours today. He has been replaced in the field by Grant Waite, whose best finish at the Canadian Open was a second in 2000.

Forsman has played off and on at Greensboro since 1984, and his best finish is a T-35 in 1996.

Forsman is playing on the Champions Tour this season, where he has earned Top 25s in all seven of his starts and a championship at the AT&T Champions Classic.

The withdrawal was expected, since Forsman has only played on the Champions Tour this season.

Forsman has played only on the Champions Tour this season, so it would not be a surprise to see him withdraw from the Reno-Tahoe.

Forsman played in his first Champions Tour event last week and tied for 39th at the 3M Championship. His best finish at the Canadian Open is a tie for 11th in 2005.

Forsman is playing some of the best golf that he played in quite a while and he has made six of his last seven cuts on the PGA Tour.

Forsman has elected to play in the Champion Tour’s JELD-WEN Tradition instead.

Forsman has made his last four cuts on the Tour, with a T-18 at the Stanford St. Jude being his best finish this season. He is a past champion of the John Deere and his best finish at the TPC at Deere Run course is a T-17 from 2006. It is worth noting that Forsman will have his 50th birthday on Jul 15th, which will make him eligible to play on the Champions Tour.
