Flex-Fit for Golf Golf Instruction and Fitness


Every day I feel blessed. Blessed that I have the opportunity to do what I love and be of service, helping golfers enjoy the game more and feel better off the course.
For many years I have been providing fitness tips for The Golf Channel (beginning with my show Yoga for Golfers, then The Big Break, How Low Can you go, Game On and my work continues today in the second year of The Turn.stay tuned.my new golf fitness show Swing Fault Solutions will be on the air soon!) I have provided over 340 written tips and 80 streaming video tips for The Golf Channel.com.

My new show and new brand new website www.KRTotalFitness.com provides the direct fitness benefit for golf specific challenges. Perhaps you have on-going swing fault issues, are looking for more distance, want to alleviate back pain or quiet your mind. Each week I will give you a link to a video tip from one of The Golf Channels PGA or LPGA instructors as well as a link to one of my fitness tips. A tip that is directly related to the golf tip!
