Blue Jays reassigned outfielders Bruce Aven, Mike Colangelo and Rob Ryan to minor league camp.
This is a surprise. It looks like the Blue Jays will go without a true backup outfielder, choosing instead to take 12 pitchers north. They must be very confident that Frank Catalanotto will be fine.
