Twins prospect catcher Michael Quesada was suspended 50 games for testing positive for a banned substance.
Quesada, a 22-year-old catcher, tested positive for using Methylhexaneamine. He was hitting .234/.329/.313 with zero homers and a .641 OPS in 73 plate appearances this season with the Twins’ rookie league affiliate in the Appalachian League.
