Chicago woman sues over backwards White Sox tattoo

Three months ago Eugenia Bebis went into Mystic Tattoo Art and Body Piercing in Chicago looking to get the White Sox’s logo tattooed on her outer thigh. Yesterday she filed a lawsuit against the tattoo parlor and artist Micah St. John because ... well, he put the logo on backwards. In the suit the 20-year-old Bebis alleges that she “has had to undergo extensive laser tattoo removal procedures, will require further procedures in the future, and will also require a different, larger tattoo to cover up the laser-faded backwards tattoo at issue.” She’s seeking damages of $50,000, which seems like an awful lot when the whole thing really boils down to someone saying, “I intended to make a big mistake, but you guys screwed up and turned it into an even bigger mistake.” Plus, it looks great in the mirror, right?
