Mariners re-signed RHP Nick Davila to a minor league contract.
Davila returns to the Mariners’ system after posting a 4.51 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 109/30 K/BB ratio across 117 2/3 innings (22 appearances, 18 starts) over three minor league levels. The 24-year-old righty finished last season at Triple-A Tacoma and will presumably open the 2024 campaign back there as extra organizational pitching depth.
