Draymond Green goes off on Kevin Durant after iso possession vs. Grizzlies (VIDEO)

The Golden State Warriors are a passing, team-is-bigger-than-the-whole type of squad. That’s probably why Kevin Durant’s insistence that he isolate during the final minute against the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night didn’t go over well with Draymond Green or Stephen Curry.

With the Warriors up on Memphis with under a minute to play, 111-109, Golden State recovered an offensive rebound to give them another chance at extending their lead. Stephen Curry had the ball near the timeline, and they apparently had a play drawn up for the situation.

That’s when Durant clapped for the ball.

After standing around for a second, Curry flipped the ball to Durant in an exasperated fashion. That sent Green into a tizzy on the far sideline as Durant isolated against Zach Randolph:

Durant wound up missing a long 3-pointer, and the Grizzlies would come back to win the game, 128-119 in overtime.

After the game, Warriors coach Steve Kerr said he thought about taking a timeout but he liked the matchup, and that Durant got “a good look”.
