The Blazers signed three players on Wednesday -- forward Luke Jackson, rookie center Steven Hill and rookie guard Jamaal Tatum.
The Blazers have 17 players entering training camp so, although details were not given, all three contracts are probably non-guaranteed. This is Jackson’s fifth team in his four seasons in the league -- last year he averaged career-highs of 5.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in 16.3 minutes with the Heat.

The Blazers signed rookie center Steven Hill to an undisclosed contract on Wednesday.
Hill is about as raw as it gets among four-year college players. His offensive game consists mainly of dunks and tip-ins, but he is a talented shot-blocker. Playing for the Blazers’ Summer League team, Hill averaged 3.4 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.6 blocks in limited minutes. Blocks are always welcome in fantasy leagues, but Hill, if he even makes the opening day roster, will play too small a role to bother with.

Shaun Livingston worked out for the Blazers recently, and GM Kevin Pritchard said that they will decide whether to sign him within “24 to 48 hours”.
“I haven’t sat down and done all the pros and cons,” Pritchard said. “And even if we do decide to move forward, whether a deal gets done or not is another question.” The Blazers have one available roster spot, so if they sign Livingston it will mean Shavlik Randolph, Jamaal Tatum Luke Jackson and Steven Hill all failed to make the team.

The Thunder signed 7'0" center Steven Hill on Tuesday.
Hill is more likely to end up in the D-League than the Thunder’s rotation.

The Thunder have sent center Steven Hill to the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Developmental League.
Hill had no fantasy value in the first place.

The Blazers waived Luke Jackson and Steven Hill on Thursday.
That puts their roster at 15 players as they prepare for the start of the regular season.

The Trail Blazers intend to sign center Steven Hill to a training camp contract, and he should be available to play on Monday.
Hill gives Portland the semblance of a legitimate frontcourt, while Joel Przybilla eases his way back into action and Marcus Camby rehabs.
