The Broncos’ second head coaching interview is in the books.
The club confirmed Friday it had met with Bengals defensive backs coach Vance Joseph.
The 42-year-old Joseph is entering his second season with Cincinnati. He has also coached defensive backs for Houston (2011-2013) and San Francisco (2006-2010). Joseph played collegiately at the University of Colorado.
The Broncos are also reportedly set to interview Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak for their head coaching role. Joseph was a member of the Texans’ coaching staff for Kubiak’s final three seasons as Houston’s head coach.
The interview of Joseph comes one day after the Broncos’ meeting with offensive coordinator Adam Gase.
The Broncos are seeking a head coach after parting ways with John Fox on Monday. Fox has taken the Bears’ head coaching job.
