It already was a bad night for Falcons left tackle Sam Baker, thanks to Jadeveon Clowney. It got a lot worse, thanks to a knee injury.
Baker was carted off during Atlanta’s preseason game at Houston after injuring his right knee.
A first-round pick in 2008, the same year Matt Ryan arrived in the same round, Baker appeared in only four games last year, due to a left knee injury.
If Baker can’t play, look for 2014 first-rounder Jake Matthews to be flipped over to the left side.
