Earlier today, former Washington linebacker London Fletcher teed off on defensive coordinator Jim Haslett, for whom Fletcher played four years.
After Sunday’s 24-0 loss to the Rams, Haslett addressed Fletcher’s comments.
“Obviously he has an opinion and that’s his opinion,” Haslett said, via John Keim of ESPN.com. “But I’m disappointed he would say something.”
Haslett added that he and Fletcher “never had an issue.”
They have one now, but Haslett has bigger issues than what a former player on the team thinks about him. If the team doesn’t improve, Haslett will join Fletcher as a former employee of the franchise.
