The Browns had their top running back and tight end exit Sunday’s loss at Pittsburgh with injuries.

In the case of tight end Jordan Cameron, it reportedly appears he aggravated an old injury.

Cameron indicated after the game he had re-injured the shoulder he first hurt in August, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reported on Sunday. According to the Beacon Journal, Cameron noted last month he had suffered a sprained AC joint.

Cameron was not listed on the Week One injury report. He suffered the injury Sunday on a 47-yard catch, he said after the game, the Beacon Journal reported.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Cameron said he would be getting the shoulder examined on Monday.

In other Cleveland news, starting tailback Ben Tate didn’t play in the second half after suffering a knee injury. The nature of Tate’s injury is unclear. After the game, Browns coach Mike Pettine called Tate and Cameron’s injuries “a wait and see deal,” according to a transcript of his remarks from the Steelers’ media relations staff.

Rookies Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell filled in for Tate in the final two quarters, racking up a combined 123 yards and two TDs on 18 carries in Cleveland’s 30-27 defeat. Tate was productive in his limited work, rushing for 41 yards on six carries before exiting.
