Julius Jones active for Seahawks vs. Packers

After being listed as questionable this week with a rib injury, Seattle Seahawks running back Julius Jones is active for today’s game against the Green Bay Packers.

Wide receiver Nate Burleson, however, is inactive and won’t play for Seattle. That means Deion Branch will likely get more passes thrown his way.

The Seahawks’ other inactives are third quarterback Mike Teel, defensive back Roy Lewis, linebacker Aaron Curry, guard Mansfield Wrotto, receiver Ben Obomanu, tight end Cameron Morrah and defensive tackle Craig Terrill.

The Packers’ inactives are receiver Patrick Williams, fullback John Kuhn, defensive back Trevor Ford, defensive back Matt Giordano, tackle Breno Giacomini, tackle Allen Barbre, nose tackle Ryan Pickett and linebacker Jeremy Thompson.
