Matt Ryan credits no-huddle offense for win over Ravens

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan had a big game in a Thursday night football victory that made the Baltimore Ravens’ defense look bad. After the game, Ryan credited the no-huddle offense.

“We’ve been in that no-huddle offense for three years,’’ Ryan said. “We felt confident and we felt that would help keep what Baltimore did vanilla. I think that’s the most we’ve ever used it. We were pretty effective doing it.’’

Ryan completed 32 of 50 passes for 316 yards, with three touchdowns and no interceptions, and after the Falcons fell behind with a minute to play, he coolly marched them down the field for the game-winning touchdown.

“The best part about our football team is we’re resilient in what we do,’’ Ryan said. “We never give up.’’

At 7-2, the Falcons now have the best record in the NFL.
