There’s good news for the Buffalo Bills’ secondary, as both cornerback cornerback Terrence McGee and safety Jairus Byrd are active for tonight’s game against the New York Jets.
Both McGee and Byrd had been listed as questionable, but they’re both listed as active tonight.
The Bills’ inactives are wide receiver Steve Johnson, cornerback Ashton Youboty, defensive back Cary Harris, offensive lineman Demetrius Bell, wide receiver James Hardy, defensive end Chris Ellis, defensive tackle John McCargo and third quarterback Brian Brohm.
The Jets’ inactives are cornerbacks Dwight Lowery and Donald Strickland, quarterback Kevin O’Connell, linebackers Ryan Fowler and Kenwin Cummings, offensive lineman Robert Turner and defensive end Ropati Pitoitua. Erik Ainge is the third quarterback.
The Jets have confirmed that safety Eric Smith will, for the second consecutive week, start ahead of Kerry Rhodes in the base defense.
