Jones-Drew called it a “minor procedure,” via Bill Williamson of ESPN. Typically, the term “minor procedure” applies only where the procedure is performed on someone else. For Jones-Drew to call it a “minor procedure,” maybe it really was.
Jones-Drew added that he hopes to play this weekend when his new team faces a franchise that his old team faced twice per year, the Houston Texans.
