The NFL announced Tuesday that 25 players have committed to attending the NFL Draft, which begins April 28.
The list is headlined by top prospects including offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, defensive back Jalen Ramsey, quarterbacks Jared Goff and Carson Wentz, defensive end Joey Bosa, running back Ezekiel Elliott and linebacker Myles Jack.
The league’s news release said 12 college head coaches whose former players will be in the green room have also committed to attend the draft.
Eli Apple, Taylor Decker and Darron Lee join Elliott and Bosa to make five Ohio State players who will attend this year’s draft. Three players from Ole Miss (Tunsil, Laquon Treadwell and Robert Nkemdiche) and three players from Alabama (Reggie Ragland, A’Shawn Robinson and Jarran Reed) have committed.
The other players announced as attendees Tuesday are Ronnie Stanley, Vernon Hargreaves, Vernon Butler, Corey Coleman, Josh Doctson, Kevin Dodd, Jack Conklin, Chris Jones, Shaq Lawson and Keanu Neal.
Since the draft went to a three-day format with the first round on Thursday night, prospects expected to be drafted in the first and second round have been invited to the draft. After some late additions, 28 players attended last year’s draft; six players last year were still on the board and had to come back to the green room on Friday night.
The draft is in Chicago for the second straight year.
