Sal Paolantio of ESPN reports that the power has gone out at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Electricity was lost in a two-to-three square-mile area around the stadium, roughly twenty minutes before kickoff. It’s possible that the start of the Chargers-Bills game will be delayed. UPDATE: The problem has been fixed, and the game will begin on time.
