Baltimore Ravens cornerback Samari Rolle had neck surgery this week and will miss at least a month, coach John Harbaugh said today. Rolle started the first two games of the season but had a stinger late in the second game when he was tackled after intercepting a pass. Harbaugh said the surgery is related to that injury. “It was all kind of related from a stinger perspective, that was what he felt, the tingling in the shoulder, too,” Harbaugh said. “We have a time frame on him. It’s maybe a month plus. He had a surgery this week on his neck to clean things up in there a little bit.” Rolle missed most of the 2007 season as he battled epilepsy. Prior to 2007 he had started all 32 games since joining the Ravens before the 2005 season. Fabian Washington will start in Rolle’s place Sunday against Titans, as he did Monday night against the Steelers.
