Beating the Packers at Lambeau Field this season has proven to be too much for any of their opponents and the Falcons need to change that if they’re going to continue to set the pace in the race for the NFC South title.
Pulling off such a feat will take contributions from all of the team’s best players, including wide receiver Roddy White. White missed last week’s win over the Cardinals with an ankle injury, but he appears to have a chance of returning to the lineup on Monday night.
White returned to practice on Friday after missing Thursday’s session. Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports that White was catching passes without a helmet during the portion of practice open to the media and that he was “not accelerating well” off the ankle.
Wide receiver Harry Douglas was also back at practice after sitting out on Thursday with a foot injury. The Falcons will practice again on Saturday before issuing their final injury report before the trip to Green Bay.
