President Barack Obama shouted out to Olympic sprint champions Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce while in Jamaica on Thursday.

“I get a chance to say hi to Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce,” Obama said at a town hall at the University of the West Indies in Kingston. “Well, you have the fastest people on the planet. You’ve got to say hi to them, right? Because that’s fast. They’re a lot of people out there. And they’re the fastest.”

Obama drew laughs from the crowd, which included Bolt, Fraser-Pryce and Olympic 200m bronze medalist Warren Weir.
