STAMFORD, Conn. – Nov. 16, 2023 – Peacock exclusively streams live coverage of this Saturday’s championship BOXXER card at 3 p.m. ET, headlined by the EBU European Super-Lightweight title bout between defending champion Franck Petitjean and challenger Adam Azim from The Halls in Wolverhampton.

Azim (9-0, 6 KO), a 21-year-old widely touted as a future world champion contender, looks to build upon his undefeated professional record as he challenges for the prestigious European title in only his 10th professional bout. Defending champion Petitjean (24-6-3, 6 KO) defeated Samuel Molina by majority decision in his most recent fight on June 10.

Saturday’s card also features EBU European Middleweight champion Matteo Signani (32-6-3, 12 KO) defending his title against Tyler Denny (17-2, 3 KO).

BOXXER, the fastest growing boxing promotional company in the UK, and NBC Sports recently announced a media rights partnership that brings the biggest events and brightest stars in boxing to U.S. audiences. The bouts will stream LIVE exclusively in the United States on NBCUniversal’s streaming platform Peacock with select events airing on NBC.

NBC Sports has brought boxing to millions of viewers across the country beginning with the first-ever live televised fight in 1939, when Lou Nova defeated Max Baer at Yankee Stadium. Over the decades to follow, NBC Sports’ coverage of the sport showcased stars including Joe Louis, “Sugar” Ray Robinson, Rocky Marciano, Muhammad Ali, “Sugar” Ray Leonard, Marvin Hagler, and Larry Holmes.
