Marco Silva’s got another Brazilian on the line, and it’s a big one.

And a free one to boot.

Bernard is in town, according to The Liverpool Echo, poised to sign a deal with Everton and give the Toffees another attacking star.

The diminutive Brazilian turns 26 next month, and is coming off a 29-match, 10-goal, 4-assist season with Shakhtar Donetsk.

A left-sided player, he’ll give Everton another winger to go with Richarlison, Theo Walcott, and Yannick Bolasie.

Considering Everton’s status outside of European play, the Toffees have enough depth to attack league play and both cups as they seek a way back to the Europa League. Everton hasn’t played in the Champions League since 2005-06.
