Santi Cazorla could do nothing to take the ball off Alaba, who then felt no pressure whatsoever from either one of Francis Coquelin or Gabriel Paulista, and must have thought to himself, “I know Pep is watching, this is my chance to show him what I can do at center forward, you know, just in case big Robert Lewandowski ever goes down injured.”
