The Chelsea legend is also their second-highest goalscorer this season with eight goals in 13 appearances.
Drogba scored a superb solo goal on Saturday in their 4-1 victory over Portland Timbers II in their USL clash with the Ivorian dancing past multiple Portland defenders before slotting home into the far corner.
With the win in their regular-season home finale Phoenix clinched fifth place in the USL’s Western Conference and they will now travel to Swope Park Rangers FC next Saturday in the playoffs.
