An estimated 250,000 fans showed up (Leicester’s population is listed just over 300,000 in the city proper) for one heck of a party with a parade on an open top bus around the streets plus a concert from Kasabian as the team appeared on stage at Victoria Park, close to Leicester’s King Power Stadium.
Below are videos from Leicester, news outlets and some of the players as we recap a wonderful end to the most wonderful season.
Leicester may never, ever see scenes like this again. That’s why everyone lined the streets to salute their heroes after the club won its first-ever top-flight title in its 132-year history.
This will give you goosebumps.
