Donnie Tyndall has landed his second commitment in as many weeks as the new head coach at Tennessee.

This time, it was Kevin Punter, who announced his decision on twitter on Monday morning.

Punter is a 6-foot-4 scoring guard form New York. He spent this past season with State Fair C.C. in Missouri. He was previously committed to the Tigers, but he reopened his recruitment when Frank Haith left for Tulsa.

Fair averaged 20.3 points as a sophomore, and for a team that is losing Jarnell Stokes and Jordan McRae, that scoring pop will be a nice addition.

Last week, Tyndall landed Jabari McGhee, a forward from Hargrave Military Academy.
