In 2008, true freshman wide receiver A.J. Green caught 56 balls for 963 yards and eight touchdowns. And the Georgia wideout did all of that while battling a nagging groin injury throughout the entire season. Now, the talented receiver has loudly proclaimed that the injury is a thing of the past and he’s completely recovered from the groin issue. Needless to say, that’s not a very pleasant thought for defensive coordinators throughout the Southeastern Conference."Nope, not a bit,” Green said according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, when asked if the injury was still lingering. “I’m 100 percent now. I’ve gotten a lot of treatment, and ... the trainers have gotten me more flexible. I think it had a lot to do with not being flexible [enough]."It will be interesting to see, though, how Green performs without Matthew Stafford throwing him the ball and without former Bulldog receiver Mohamed Massaquoi helping to take away some of the defenses attention.
