Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer against the Giants on Tuesday.
Gurriel got the scoring started for the D-backs, taking Landon Roupp deep for a three-run homer in the first inning. He later doubled to lead off the seventh. The home run was his second of the season and his first since May 17. The 32-year-old outfielder is hitting .226/.275/.328 with nine runs scored and 19 RBI across 149 plate appearances.
