TOP PICKS
Lamar Jackson - QB - Baltimore (DK: $11,800 / FD: $17,000)
Jackson is a no-brainer in cash games tonight, and he’ll probably find his way into the top tournament lineups as well. This is a strong matchup for the reigning MVP, as he’ll face a Cleveland team that has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to QBs this season. If you recall, Jackson posted 28 FP against the Browns in September, throwing for 275-3 while adding 45 yards on the ground. That’s well within his range tonight, especially with some of his top receiving options returning to the fold (more on that in a bit).
Mark Andrews - TE - Baltimore (DK: $8,800 / FD: $10,500)
Andrews hasn’t played in the last two games, but he’s slated to return tonight. Jackson and Andrews were able to find the connection against Cleveland earlier this year, as Baltimore’s TE went for 5-58-2 in Week 1. The Browns have allowed the second-most fantasy points to tight ends this season, so that doesn’t seem like a fluke. Andrews should flirt with double-digit targets in this confident matchup, leading me to stack him alongside Jackson through all formats.

BEST BARGAINS
Cody Parkey - K - Cleveland (DK: $3,400 / FD: $8,500)
This isn’t a fun recommendation, but both kickers make for respectable bargains through all formats. I’m leaning towards Parkey here, as he’s marginally cheaper while potentially seeing more opportunities. The Cleveland kicker has racked up nine or more fantasy points in three straight games, and I’m expecting him to see quite a few looks against Baltimore’s competent red-zone defense.
Willie Snead IV - Baltimore (DK: $5,800 / FD: $7,500)
Similar to that of Andrews, Willie Snead is set to return after missing the last two games. He was on a nice roll before the absence, seeing seven or more targets in three of his last four outings. That resulting in a 100+ yard effort and two-touchdown performance. In other words, Snead could pick up where he left off in this primetime showdown. The mid-range salary on DK is just okay, but he’s hard to ignore for only $7.5k on FanDuel.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Baker Mayfield (QB - CLE) should see enough volume to be considered for cash games. However, it’s probably not a bad idea to fade him in tournaments, as his contingency will probably be higher than warranted … Jarvis Landry (WR - CLE) is a fringe cash play with a wide range of outcomes. He has stepped up over the past two games, but facing a legitimate Baltimore defense makes me skeptical. The salary seems inflated too.
Nick Chubb (RB - CLE) and Kareem Hunt (RB - CLE) are probably better tournament plays for their respective salaries. They are splitting the work, and this is a tough matchup to envision either of them turning in a breakout performance. Your cash game budget is probably better spent elsewhere.
JK Dobbins (RB - BAL) garners consideration through all formats tonight. The rookie has seen increased touches even with fellow RBs Ingram and Edwards back in the fold. It’s nice that he’s getting goal-line carries as well. Dobbins scored two touchdowns against Cleveland in Week 1, and he’s trending upward with 26-141-2 combined in his last two games.
Taking a look into the tournament bucket, we’ll find guys like Marquise Brown (WR - BAL), Rashard Higgins (WR - CLE), and Gus Edwards (RB - BAL). Higgins is probably the best lift within that, as he’s coming off a strong 6-95-1 showing last week. Tonight’s matchup is tough, but game flow should force the Browns to the air, which helps offset the draw … Brown’s volume could dip with Andrews and Snead back in the mix, so he’s purely a boom/bust GPP option who is looking for a big play to return value … Edwards has been second in the pecking order of Baltimore RBs (behind Dobbins). He’s cheap, but it’s hard to say if he can turn 5-10 carries into solid value - especially with Dobbins eating up the goal-line snaps.
