Vikings HC Kevin O’Connell said the knee injury Jamal Adams suffered in Saturday’s preseason game against the Giants is “not good.”
This doesn’t come as much of a surprise after O’Connell sounded disappointed when discussing Adams’ injury after halftime. The 10-year vet had made a switch to linebacker last season and signed with the Vikings last month in hopes of carving out a role in Brian Flores’ defense. Adams has an MRI scheduled for tomorrow, which will reveal the extent of the damage.
