49ers owner Jed York was arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possession criminal tools on Sunday.
According to an NBC4 article, York was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio, and found guilty of both charges after pleading no contest. NBC’s Matt Maiocco later reported that Ohio court records say York was charged with engaging in prostitution under statute 2907.231. York was ordered to spend two days in jail and pay $1,150 in fines. This is still a developing story, and York’s attorney and the Niners have not yet commented on the situation.
