Greg Dulcich caught 4-of-5 targets for 37 yards in the Dolphins’ Week 5 loss to the Bengals.

Dulcich also added a two-point conversion to his total. It was a low-efficiency passing offense for the Dolphins once again, leading to Dulcich averaging under 10 yards per reception. The 26-year-old tight end is a fantasy TE3 as the Dolphins head into a Week 6 bye.
Simms: DAL players-only meeting ‘not a good sign’
Chris Simms and Mike Florio react to the Cowboys having players-only meetings to address the team's defense, with Simms saying that players-only meetings rarely change much in his experience.

Held under 20 yards in each of the Dolphins’ first two games, Dulcich finally had something of a pop-up effort as the ‘Fins tried in vain to match points with the Chiefs. It was nice to get some proof of TE2 concept, but it is going to be exceptionally difficult for Dulcich to carve out streamer value in a low-volume passing attack focused on seeing what it has in its intriguing rookie receivers.

Both of Dulcich’s targets occurred on the third drive. One was a six-yarder via play action. The other was a delayed screen pass, which Dulcich admirably ran for 12 yards, picking up a first down along the way. The fact that he was barely involved in a pass-heavy game script bodes poorly for his TE1 viability. He does not need to be rostered in 12-team leagues heading into Week 2.

Furones also lists Greg Dulcich as a player that was a primary receiver for Willis, but we’ve done plenty of offseason hype on Dulcich. Tolbert appears to be a potential “someone has to catch a ball here” deep league pick, as he’s well off the fantasy radar at this point. He’s not off the board among the top-100 wideouts in ADP. The ceiling is likely low, but if he can emerge as the top option amongst Miami’s wideouts, Tolbert could be a viable WR3/WR4 at points this year.

Dulcich turned into a nice contributor for the Dolphins during the second half of last season. He didn’t play his first snaps until Week 8 due to an injury that landed him on injured reserve, but in 10 games, Dulcich caught 26 passes for 335 yards and one touchdown on 33 targets, earning four or more targets in five of those games. This isn’t the first time we have heard Dulcich has flashed in practice, and given the thin receiver room in Miami, it’s easy to envision a meaningful role for him in 2026. Dulcich is a former third-round pick who posted a 33-411-2 line as a rookie back in 2022 in 10 games with the Broncos, but injuries have slowed him in recent years. Now that he’s healthy and making a strong early showing this offseason, Dulcich could make for an intriguing late-round draft pick in fantasy leagues.
  • MIA Quarterback #2
Malik Willis, Hafley said during a Tuesday presser, is still building chemistry with the team’s pass catchers in OTAs and working on timing. That presumably includes Malik Washington, who had 46 catches for 317 yards and three scores last season, and Greg Dulcich, who’s expected by Miami beat writers to “figure heavily” into the team’s passing attack in 2026. Jalen Tolbert and Tutu Atwell could also see heavy snaps in the Miami passing game this season. Tolbert, who flashed in Dallas in 2024 with 610 yards and seven touchdowns, could emerge as the Dolphins’ top pass-catching option with a solid training camp. There likely won’t be much target volume to go around, however, considering the team’s plans to operate a run-heavy offense.

Dulcich, 26, chipped in as a small-time contributor in the second half of the year in 2025. For those bold enough to stream him in Week 17 championships, he turned in 16.1 PPR points. Per Kelly, Dulcich is “seemingly developing chemistry” with QB Malik Willis, but Kelly still wonders whether Dulcich can become a reliable run blocker and pass protector after four NFL seasons. It’s a fair question. Still, if Dulcich can carve out a role as a featured pass catcher, he will be a worthwhile dart throw in best ball formats.

Sullivan said the main reason for bringing Dulcich back stems from his late-season performance when the fourth-year tight end went for 26-335-1 over the final 10 weeks of the season. Dulcich showed some flashes early in his career, catching 33 passes for 411 yards and two scores as a rookie with the Broncos. He only caught eight passes with the Broncos over the following two seasons, but Dulcich entered the league with good pass-catching prowess. He hauled in 68 passes over his final two seasons at UCLA while averaging an insane 18.3 yards per reception. Dulcich has played almost 50 percent of his snaps from the slot since entering the league, and could see more work in the slot this season in a revamped Dolphins offense. This isn’t the first time this offseason Dulcich has received early hype. ESPN’s Marcel Louis-Jacques said back in March that he believes Dulcich “should figure heavily” into the Dolphins’ passing game.

Dulcich led all tight ends in average yards after the catch in 2026 despite not seeing a full-time role. With Darren Waller in free agency and the Dolphins’ salary cap in shambles, it’s quite possible the Dolphins don’t add further to the tight end position. If they don’t Dulcich can be embraced as a TE2 sleeper with TE1 upside.
  • MIA Tight End #85
Dulcich managed 335 receiving yards as a fill-in whenever Darren Waller couldn’t go — which is pretty often these days. Waller is a free agent and Julian Hill is a restricted free agent. Somehow, on a team that spent the little cap space it had on Malik Willis, Dulcich might wind up with a big role in 2026. He’d be hard to trust as a TE1, but someone has to contribute on offense here besides De’Von Achane and Jaylen Waddle. Duclich could see a bigger role in 2026 should he survive the next 72 hours of free agency without any major additions to the room.
  • MIA Tight End #85
Promoted from the practice squad ahead of Week 8, 25-year-old Dulcich ended up posting his most yards (335) since his 2022 rookie season in Denver. He totaled 28 yards in 2023-24. He was a shockingly steady contributor, as well, catching at least three passes in four of his final five games as Darren Waller battled injury. Not a bad career revival, but also not enough to suggest Dulcich will really be back in the re-draft mix for 2026. We suppose he has at least put himself back on the dynasty league fringes. Dulcich turns 26 in March.

KC Concepcion (concussion) will practice Wednesday.

It’s a remarkable turn after Concepcion was knocked out cold on the field in Week 5 against the Jets. If Concepcion is able to practice in the coming days he should be active for Week 6 against the Ravens. The rookie leads the Cleveland offense with a 23 percent target per route rate, used primarily as a gadget player near the line of scrimmage. He would be a flex option in PPR formats if he suits up against Baltimore.

Baker Mayfield (thumb) did not practice Wednesday.

Mayfield is unlikely to suit up this week against the Steelers, leaving Jalon Daniels to get another start for Tampa. Daniel last week in a win over Dallas completed 19-of-25 passes for 189 yards and one touchdown, rushing for 23 yards. Daniels ranked tenth in EPA per drop back on the week and 11th in drop back success rate. His rushing makes Daniels a viable superflex option this week against the Steelers.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Lamar Jackson (ankle) has a “realistic” shot to play in Week 6.

Jackson’s ankle injury, which has been described as neither high nor low, kept him sidelined in the Ravens’ win over the Falcons. It’s possible the Ravens will be cautious with Jackson and have Tyler Huntley start one more game in Week 6 against the Browns. Huntley against the Falcons threw for 201 yards and two scores. He was the seventh most accurate QB of the week. Jackson’s practice participation will be closely monitored over the next few days.

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports Ja’Kobi Lane (wrist) has “a shot” to play in Week 6.

Ravens head coach Jesse Minter said Lane, who injured his wrist in the season opener against the Colts, will return to practice this week and could suit up this weekend against the Browns. Lane had impressed Ravens coaches and beat writers through training camp and in Week 1 he caught one of three targets for 11 yards before exiting with the wrist injury. Lane’s return to the Baltimore lineup could limit snaps and routes for Rashod Bateman Devontez Walker. Lane should be picked up in 14-team leagues.

The Athletic’s Adam Kilgore reports Tyreek Hill could face NFL discipline under the league’s personal conduct policy.

A jury this week found Hill, 32, “liable for two of 10 counts related to domestic violence and awarded his estranged wife $500,000 in compensatory damages,” Kilgore reported. Hill, who has faced allegations of domestic violence in the past, was accused of several instances of harming his ex-wife. Hill denied the allegations. An NFL spokesperson told Kilgore that the league has been “monitoring developments in the matter which remains under review of the personal conduct policy.” That could mean Hill will face a suspension if he signs with a team in the coming weeks. Hill’s agent has reportedly reached out to the Chiefs — Hill’s former team — to gauge interest in the veteran wideout coming off a horrific knee injury in October 2025.

ArizonaCardinals.com’s Darren Urban believes Carson Beck won’t start in the “immediate future.”

Cardinals fans appear to be pining for the team to bench Jacoby Brissett and start the rookie in the coming weeks as another season circles the drain for Arizona. Beck so far has been the Cards’ emergency third quarterback. Urban said there remains a “chance Beck is made the backup this week or next and allow him to come on in relief if the situation presents itself. I don’t see Beck starting in the immediate future, but it does feel his time grows closer, and if the offense continues to sputter, that would be understandable.” Brissett this season ranks 15th in passing yards. He’s thrown nine touchdowns to five interceptions and ranks 30th out of 37 qualifying QBs in adjusted yards per attempt. He won’t be a viable fantasy play this week against a tough Rams coverage unit.

Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur said he wasn’t sure about getting Jeremiyah Love more involved in the pass game because the team needs extra blocking.

Asked about Love’s lack of route running — he has a 29 percent route participation rate on the season — LaFleur said the Cardinals’ pass blocking struggles often prevent Love from functioning as a pass catcher. “I wasn’t too confident in terms of getting into some of those ‘scat’ protections and stuff like that and five-man protections,” LaFleur said. “We wanted to have that extra body in there. There were a couple of times where I wanted to get him on some choice routes and stuff like that, but like I said I didn’t feel confident that we were going to be able to execute at the level that we needed to. But it is a good question.” Love, who has 13 targets and has been targeted on 21 percent of his pass routes, would need much more pass game involvement if he were to operate as an RB1 in fantasy leagues this season.

NFL agent Drew Rosenhaus said Tyreek Hill (leg) is “close” to 100 percent recovered.

Rosenhaus is shopping Hill to a contending team with “a good quarterback” about a year after Hill suffered a gruesome leg injury that ended his 2025 season with the Dolphins. Hill, who last week testified in his assault and battery court case, is a free agent. “I don’t know if he’s 100 percent today, but he’s close,” Rosenhaus said. “And he’ll get there really soon. But I think that’s probably something you’ll have to wait until he gets out in practices and gets with a team before saying he’s 100 percent.” There have been rumors of a potential Hill reunion with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, who recently lost Tyquan Thornton to a season-ending ankle injury and Rashee Rice to a hamstring issue.

Hearing officer James Thrash upheld 49ers LB Dre Greenlaw’s one-game suspension.

Greenlaw was suspended after he was ejected for headbutting Seahawks LB Ernest Jones during a sideline scuffle in the 49ers’ Week 5 win over the Seahawks. He appealed the suspension, but it has been upheld by hearing officer James Thrash. Greenlaw will miss Week 6 and is in line to return against the Falcons in Week 7.

Rams head coach Sean McVay said EDGE Myles Garrett (knee) won’t have his 21-day practice window opened this week.

Garrett went on injured reserve after Week 1 and is therefore eligible to have his 21-day practice window for activation off IR opened this week. However, McVay said the 30-year-old pass-rusher won’t have his window opened, indicating Garrett is not ready to practice yet and it will still be some time before we see him back on the field. His initial timeline after undergoing a knee scope was roughly six weeks. It’s been four weeks so far, but Garrett could still hit the six-week return timeline if his practice window is opened next week.
