Perkins (6'3/247) has yet to play in a game this season due to the suspension, which was handed down just before Oklahoma’s College Football Playoff loss to LSU last season. The junior defensive end isn’t expected to see any action in the Sooners’ game at Iowa State, but he did travel with the team. At worst, Perkins should be available for next weekend’s showdown with rival Texas.

Wolfe is standing by his report from February, in which he told viewers that they should not be surprised if the Browns abstain from drafting a quarterback this year. He believes that the Browns are likely to “supplement the offense” by spending their two first-round picks on a wide receiver and a left tackle this season before “maybe” drafting a quarterback next year. Per Wolfe, the Browns’ quarterback competition is between Shedeur Sanders and Deshaun Watson, seemingly rendering Dillon Gabriel a locked-in backup.

The Falcons’ 2026 training camp dates have not yet been released. Last year’s training camp began on July 24th to August 13th. Wolfe somewhat casually broke the news while discussing the Falcons’ impending quarterback competition between Penix and QB Tua Tagovailoa. Penix underwent surgery to reconstruct a partially torn ACL after suffering the injury in November 2025. Tagovailoa will get to work with the first-team offense until Penix is ready to practice, which could give Tagovailoa an edge in the competition. It seems likely that both players will start at times during the regular season, perhaps warranting QB2 consideration.

It sounds like Wolfe believes the Dolphins will draft a developmental quarterback prospect to potentially compete with Willis after the 2026 season. The Dolphins are said to be all in on Willis this season and view him as a potential long-term starter. Perhaps tellingly, Wolfe refers to this year as “the rebuild.” Rolling the dice on a dual-threat quarterback while developing an intriguing prospect makes sense. If Willis pans out, great. If not, the Dolphins will already have another option in the works.

Madubuike played in Weeks 1 and 2 last year before being placed on injured reserve. Reports regarding Madubuike’s rehab have been tough to find. The injury was rumored to be career-threatening. It seems as though there is a chance that the 28-year-old defender will retake the field. Madubuike racked up 22 sacks in 2023 and 2024, earning two Pro Bowl nods and one second-team All-Pro placement. Getting Madubuike back in the lineup this season would be huge for the Ravens’ defense.

Cimini also believes the Jets do not feel “pressured” to draft a quarterback in 2026 because they have three first-round picks in 2027. That said, Jets head coach Aaron Glenn, general manager Darren Mougey, OC Frank Reich and QB coach Bill Musgrave had dinner with Simpson last night and hosted him for a private workout today. The Jets hold the second, 16th, 33rd and 44th picks in this year’s draft. We certainly agree that the Jets have many needs, but finding a starting quarterback tops the list. Simpson could still end up in a Jets uniform next month.

Edmonds spent the 2025 season as a member of the Commanders’ practice squad. He logged just one offensive snap all year. Edmonds notably suffered a season-ending knee injury in August 2024. He spent the 2023 season with the Buccaneers, the 2022 season with the Broncos and the four seasons before that with the Cardinals, who drafted him in the 2018 NFL Draft’s fourth round. Edmonds is also exploring opportunities in broadcasting and acting. He is unlikely to be fantasy-relevant in 2026.

Harris visited with the Seahawks on Wednesday and now has a visit with the Raiders on tap. The 28-year-old running back is still recovering from a torn Achilles he suffered last season, but has been seen running at full speed in recent videos. While Harris will need to be able to do more than run in a straight line when he returns to football activities, the veteran running back is clearly trending in the right direction ahead of training camp. Harris would operate as the clear RB2 in Vegas behind Ashton Jeanty if he were to join the Raiders, but could find a role in head coach Klint Kubiak’s offense, given Kubiak’s tendency to utilize multiple backs. Harris rushed 15 times for 61 scoreless yards before his injury last season, but strung together four-straight 1,000-yard campaigns with the Steelers to start his career.

Harrison spent last season with the Falcons and started four of the 10 games he appeared. The veteran linebacker totaled 29 tackles, two sacks, and two pass breakups, and has 52 games of starting experience under his belt. Harrison will likely serve as added depth for Jeff Hafley’s defense and can provide some much-needed veteran leadership for a rebuilding Dolphins franchise.

Kendrick is a four-year veteran of the league who split time between the Rams and Seahawks last season. The former sixth-round pick has started in 18 of the 47 games he appeared in for his career, and totaled two interceptions and five pass breakups in 10 games with the Seahawks last season. Kendrick has played almost exclusively on the outside in his NFL career and could provide the Cowboys some added depth if he makes the roster the summer.

After starting a career-high 14 games in 2024, Hamlin returned to backup duties in 2025. The fifth-year safety appeared in just five games last season due to a pectoral injury he suffered in October and managed just one tackle while playing primarily on special teams. Hamlin has started in 27 games for the Bills in his career, but will likely have to battle for a spot on the 53-man roster in camp.
