Browns selected Bowling Green TE Harold Fannin Jr. with the No. 67 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fannin Jr. (6’3/241) didn’t see the field much as a true freshman but made an impact when his coaches gave him a chance. His final season was nothing short of exemplary, as he caught 117 passes for 1,555 yards and 10 touchdowns, setting the per-game and single-season FBS records for catches and yards by a tight end. He averaged 3.8 yards per route run and accounted for 50 percent of the Falcons’ passing output. He wasn’t just beating up on MAC teams either. Fannin went for 282 yards and two scores on 19 catches against Penn State and Texas A&M. Fannin has a stiff running style, often described as “duck-footed” by scouts. He also lacks ideal size and doesn’t bring much more than willingness to the table as a blocker, but his receiving skills are certainly intriguing.
