Dodgers signed RHP Jake Pilarski to a minor league contract.
Pilarski will get a shot in affiliated baseball this season after spending the last two years pitching for the Lake Erie Crushers and Washington WildThings in the independent Frontier League. The 24-year-old right-hander is a long-term lottery ticket for Los Angeles.
