Twins fans Colin McLain drove three hours with his daughter to watch last night’s game between the Angels and Twins at Target Field. Unfortunately, the game was postponed due to rain. It’s being made up as part of a doubleheader today. While the Twins were under no obligation to do so, team president Dave St. Peter made sure they did something pretty cool for McClain and his daughter:

In addition to the hotel room, McLain and his daughter had their tickets upgraded and will be sitting behind home plate this afternoon. Good on you, Twins. It’s simple gestures like this one which can make fans for life.
