Jason Heyward started the season out slowly, but he had an OK May and in June he has hit .329/.363/.529 with four homers and 14 driven in. Nice rebound.
Of course a ton of his value is tied up in his defense too. Something a lot of people don’t appreciate that much given how big and tall he is. But he could play a more than reasonable center field if asked to -- he did in Atlanta a good bit -- so the range he has in right is no joke. In fact, it’s pretty fantastic. As was on display here:
