Rockies acquired LHP Yoely Bello from the Yankees as the player to be named later from the Chris Nelson trade.
The swap, consummated in early May, is now complete. Bello is a 22-year-old Dominican southpaw who hasn’t yet advanced past Rookie-ball in four seasons. He’s rail-thin, at 6-foot-2, 150 pounds, and owns a career 3.98 ERA in 113 innings of short-season action.
