LONG BEACH, Calif. - Times improved in a relatively uneventful second practice session for the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, led by Will Power.

The driver of the No. 12 Verizon Team Penske Chevrolet posted a 1:07.5992 lap around the 1.968-mile street course.

James Hinchcliffe was second with Graham Rahal third in another Honda.

Power and Hinchcliffe enjoyed a bit of banter in the post-practice press conference, Hinchcliffe making the joke that because Power “hadn’t puked yet” it was a good day at the office for him.

There were no major incidents.

Times are below; more to follow.
