Laron Profit is competing for one of two remaining roster spots.
“Laron’s a poised player. He’s got control. He knows what he’s doing with the ball when he has it,” coach Phil Jackson said. “He’s got the ability to score and he can make plays. That’s what we like to see in guards that may have to be lead guards.” The final two spots are believed to be down to Profit, Corie Blount, Devin Green and Tony Bobbitt.
