After playing a few games in Cleveland last season, former Montana point guard Will Cherry played with the Spurs at Summer League in Las Vegas. But rather than pursue a training camp invite, he’s opted to take guaranteed money overseason. Yahoo’s Marc Spears reports that Cherry is headed to Germany.

Cherry played in just eight games for the Cavs last season, all at the beginning of the year, and spent some time in the D-League.
