This is what makes the Miami Heat so difficult to beat — you play them even, scrap with them, make some plays and it’s close for 42 minutes, then in the span of a couple of minutes they force some turnovers, get a few transition buckets, go on a quick 10-0 run and suddenly you are too far back to catch up.

Miami can do that because they have LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

Miami did that to the Indiana Pacers in Game 2, playing a Pacers-style grinding game and the Heat were down 3 with 5:00 left when LeBron and Wade took over, sparked a 10-0 run and scored the Heat’s final 15 points.

The result? A Miami win that evens the series.

LeBron and Wade have done that to a lot of teams over the past four years.
