Packers will interview Eagles defensive backs coach Christian Parker for their defensive coordinator vacancy.
Parker will interview with the Cowboys on Wednesday before heading straight to Green Bay to interview for the same defensive coordinator position. Viewed as a “rising star” in many inner circles, Parker appears to have a good chance at his first defensive coordinator gig at the NFL level.

NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports former Buccaneers OC Josh Grizzard will interview with the Eagles for their offensive-coordinator vacancy on Monday.
Grizzard was one-and-done with the Buccaneers after being elevated to offensive coordinator for the 2025 season. Grizzard took over an offense that ranked among the top passing units in 2024, only to see it finish 22nd in yards per attempt and 20th in total passing yards this season. The Eagles are fresh off firing a one-and-done offensive coordinator of their own in Kevin Patullo, so a move to a coach on a similar trajectory could prove risky for head coach Nick Sirianni next season. That said, the Eagles are clearly exhausting all options in hopes of finding an adequate replacement for former OC Kellen Moore.
  • MIA Coaching Staff
Eagles requested to interview Dolphins senior passing game coordinator Bobby Slowik for their offensive coordinator vacancy.
After a two-year stint with the Texans from 2023 to 2024, PFF Bobby spent last season as the Dolphins’ passing game coordinator. Slowik burst on the scene with the Texans in 2023, leading the team to a 13th-ranked finish in points while also finishing 12th in total yards. He was fired following the 2024 season after the offense took a major step back and CJ Stroud regressed in his sophomore season, but Slowik is yet another branch of the Shanahan coaching tree, and should eventually earn another look as an offensive coordinator after some time off. The Eagles are the first team to request an interview, but it wouldn’t be surprising if more teams followed suit in the coming days.
  • FA Head Coach
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Eagles are expected to interview former Giants head coach Brian Daboll for their offensive coordinator vacancy.
Daboll also has an interview for the Chargers’ vacant OC gig lined up. The Titans met with him to discuss their head coach opening, but the team has started their second round of interviews and he hasn’t been called back. We will assume for now that he isn’t in the running for that job anymore. Still, Daboll shouldn’t have any issues landing a coordinator job given the initial interest he has received. Previous reports have Daboll at the top of the Eagles’ wishlist of OC candidates, along with Mike McDaniel.
  • PHI Special Teams
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports, “The Eagles and special teams coach Michael Clay have agreed to terms on a new deal.”
Rapoport didn’t have the specifics of the deal, but Clay’s contract was set to expire and the team allowed him to interview for a lateral move in Tampa Bay. After exploring other options, the two sides reached a deal to keep Clay in Philly for the foreseeable future. Clay has held the role of special teams coordinator in Philadelphia for five years.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said it “remains to be seen” whether the Eagles want to keep WR A.J. Brown on the roster for the 2026 season.
Per Rapoport, there are questions as to whether Brown and QB Jalen Hurts “can be together for another season.” He also states bluntly that if the team wishes to trade him away, they will take a cap hit to do so. Earlier today, The Athletic’s Mike Silver reported something similar, though he believes the Eagles and a potential trade partner “might need to find a more creative solution, such as a preemptively reworked contract.” Stay tuned.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
The Athletic’s Mike Silver believes it is “untenable” for the Eagles to “stay the course” with WR A.J. Brown.
Silver notes that Brown’s talents are not being maximized. After this season, we tend to agree. Were the Eagles to trade him, though, it would create more than $72 million in dead money. Silver believes that “the team and potential suitors might need to find a more creative solution, such as a preemptively reworked contract.” Of course, hiring a brilliant offensive coordinator could always fix things. Brown’s discontent is well documented, but revamping roles may simply be the best and easiest fix.
  • PHI Quarterback #1
The Athletic’s Mike Silver reports that the Eagles “might draft a quarterback this spring.”
Hurts still has three years left on the five-year, $255 million extension he signed in 2023, but according to Silver, “NFL sources familiar with the Eagles’ organizational mindset believe they might draft a quarterback this spring.” This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen the Eagles use a high-end draft pick to rug pull a franchise quarterback already on a lucrative deal. Back in 2020, the team shocked everyone when they used a second-round pick on Hurts to eventually serve as the replacemnent for Carson Wentz, who had just signed a four-year, $128 million contract extension in 2019. Hurts and the Eagles struggled mightily on offense. The switch from offensive coordinator Kellen Moore to Kevin Patullo didn’t go as planned, and the team has already moved to improve on their play-calling situation next season by removing Patullo from that role. It would still be surprising to see the Eagles move on from Hurts after one down season after he lead the team to a Super Bowl title in 2024, but given the Eagles’ history of how they manage the quarterback position, this will remain something to watch leading up to draft day.
  • PHI Coaching Staff
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports the Cowboys “plan to bring in” Eagles defensive passing game coordinator and DBs coach Christian Parker for an in-person interview.
It looks like the Cowboys are gearing up for the second phase of their defensive coordinator interviews, this time in-person. They requested Parker a few days ago initially. Parker with join Jonathan Gannon and Daronte Jones as in-person interviews with the Cowboys.
  • ATL Offensive Coordinator #5
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Falcons OC Zac Robinson is meeting with the Eagles to discuss their offensive-coordinator vacancy.
Robinson is a branch off the Sean McVay coaching tree and has spent the last two seasons guiding the Falcons’ offensive unit. The 39-year-old coach led an offense that ranked 13th in points scored in 2024 but saw it fall outside the top 20 last season, thanks in part to injuries and the limited quarterback play of Michael Penix and Kirk Cousins. A lateral move to an offense with far more elite playmakers would bode well for Robinson, who could develop into a future head coaching candidate if he excels in his next OC role.
