The Bengals announced they reached an injury settlement with halfback Jarveon Williams, waiving the first-year player.
He originally signed with Cincinnati as a college free agent out of the University of Texas-San Antonio last year.
Williams spent the majority of his rookie season on the practice squad before signing to the roster in mid-December.
He played in one game but had no statistics.
