Calvin Pace makes a cameo at Jets practice, Revis sits out

Jets linebacker Calvin Pace made a brief appearance on the practice field today for the first time since suffering a broken foot last month.

Jenny Vrentas of the Star-Ledger reports that Pace was on the Jets’ practice field today, although he didn’t stay long and had taken off his jersey and moved to the sideline by the time the portion of practice open to the media ended.

A month ago, Pace was expecting to miss six weeks.

On the sideline today Pace was joined by cornerback Darrelle Revis, who is still sitting out with a hamstring injury. Indications are that Pace has a chance of getting on the field on a part-time basis Sunday at Buffalo. Revis appears likely to miss another week.
