Michael Vick was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, the second straight day he was able to take part in all of the drills.
It’s still not enough for anyone to say that Vick is definitely going to play against the Giants on Sunday, however. Vick has been a full participant on the injury report, but he still isn’t going all out on the field. No one is going to be saying whether he’s playing until Friday at the earliest because that’s when Vick will go full speed for the first time to see how his hamstring responds.
“Nothing has changed from yesterday,” Vick said, via Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly.com. “I did a little bit more. I’m still limited. ... Friday. Friday’s a big day for me.”
Vick took most of the 11-on-11 reps on Wednesday with Matt Barkley getting some, so Vick is going to be the starter if his hamstring continues to feel okay and passes Friday’s test. Nick Foles is still out with a concussion and is unlikely to be available this week.
